As a first time Mykonos visitor, a must-do is Scorpios Bar, located on the cliffs of Parga Beach and Kavos lagoons (and every bit as magical and ethereal as its location suggests). With arguably the best view on the entire island to see the 6 pm sun rays kissing the ocean, gypsy spirits, romantics, and true inspiration chasers will delight.
Dreamy cocktails average 13 euro each; expect to elbow your way to the bar during the summer months, peak season especially (Mid July-Mid August). That's ok, with amazing lounge and chill beats from some of the best DJs worldwide and permission to go barefoot, I doubt you'll be going anywhere anytime soon.
